Donald Kennedy (Principal):
Donald
has over 25 years of international experience in health ICT and has held
senior positions in the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.
Over this time he has been involved in some of the more significant
and exciting reforms in the health sector. Specialising in information
systems strategic direction, systems integration, project leadership
and large systems implementation, Donald has managed and delivered a
wide range of health IT projects from short strategic assignments to
multi-million dollar systems implementations.

Colin MacKinnon (Principal):
Colin
also has over 25 years experience in ICT consulting across Australia,
New Zealand and the United Kingdom, for 5 years as a Partner/Director
in a “Big 4” consulting firm leading strategy and system
integration projects in both the private and public sector. He has managed
IT projects in both hospitals and health related government agencies.

Paul Marriott (Technical Director):
Paul
has worked extensively within the health sector in New Zealand, Asia
and Australia and is a specialist in medical information architectures
and integrated solutions development. In particular, Paul has in-depth
experience in the functional requirements of client and patient management
systems, and in the implementation and integration of such systems.

Malcolm Stenersen (Manager):
Malcolm
has worked in a variety of health ICT roles including IT management, systems
analysis and design, project management, Web site design and the drafting of
health information privacy guidelines. He has managed the development of
several Web based systems. Malcolm lectures in Internet-related business
strategies for The University of Auckland Business School and his involvement
in teaching has included the development of a wide variety of training material.

Andy Smallman (Professional Services Director):
Andy
has more than 15 years experience in health IT consultancy, initially based in
the United Kingdom and then for the last 6 years in Australia. Andy has worked
on numerous health IT engagements including strategic planning, project management,
system implementation, system development and system integration projects.
In addition to his consultancy work, Andy has worked at a senior management level
for a global software vendor of Health IT solutions. These solutions have covered
the full continuum of care within financial, administration and clinical settings.
